Lots 71-73 are regulated firarms. Firearms Information: All firearms must be transferred to the buyer through a licensed dealer (FFL). Handguns must be transferred to the buyer from a licensed dealer in the buyer’s state of residence. The registered bidder/buyer must be the one to complete the transfer and their ID must match exactly the information provided at registration, NO EXCEPTIONS. The Auction Co holds an FFL and will facilitate these transfers on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 4pm-5pm at 5546 Benedum Dr. Shinnston, WV 26431 (or by appointment at another time for a $10 per gun fee). Buyers who wish to have their firearm(s) shipped to another dealer may request our staff to do so. Shipping charges will include actual postage (USPS or UPS, based on the most favorable shipping rate) PLUS $20/package for materials and handling. DUE TO STAFF OBLIGATIONS, FIREARMS FROM THIS AUCTION WILL NOTE: The firearms will not be available during the on-site in-person preview in Pullman, WV and must be picked up in Shinnston, WV or shipped to another FFL for transfer.
