Invoices of $2,999.99 or less will be automatically charged to the card on file at the conclusion of each day's auction. Invoices of $3,000.00 or more require payment via certified check, money order, wire transfer, or cash. Credit cards are not accepted for invoices at this level except for face-to-face payment at pickup, where staff can verify the identity of the cardholder in person. For invoices of $3,000.00 or more where the buyer is requesting shipping, credit card payment will not be accepted under any circumstances, due to the fraud risk associated with shipping high-value items paid by card without in-person verification. Payment must be made via cashier's check, money order, or wire transfer only. Wiring instructions will be provided upon request only after a qualified invoice has been created.
