Lots 607-608 are regulated firearms. All firearms must be transferred to the buyer through a licensed dealer (FFL). Handguns must be transferred to the buyer from a licensed dealer in the buyer's state of residence. The registered bidder/buyer must be the one to complete the transfer and their ID must match exactly the information provided at registration, NO EXCEPTIONS. The Auction Co holds an FFL and will facilitate these transfers on Tuesday, August 11th, 2026, between the hours of 4pm-4:30pm, at 5508 Benedum Dr. Shinnston, WV 26431 (or by appointment at another time). Buyers who wish to have their firearm(s) shipped to another dealer may request our staff to do so. Shipping charges will include actual postage (UPS, unless USPS is specifically requested) PLUS $20/package for materials and handling.
