All applicable federal, state, and local firearms laws will be strictly observed. All required background checks and paperwork must be completed before firearms are released. Buyers have three transfer options: (1) The Auction Company will deliver firearms to Marra's Mountaineer Sports Shop, 486 N. Gallatin Ave., Uniontown, PA 15401, where buyers may complete transfers during normal business hours. Marra's charges a transfer fee. (2) Transfers may be completed at the Auction Company's office, 5508 Benedum Drive, Shinnston, WV, by appointment only, at no charge. (3) Firearms may be shipped to a licensed FFL dealer for transfer. Buyer pays actual shipping costs, $20 per package for materials/handling, and any receiving FFL transfer fees.
