The invoice must be paid in full before the Buyer takes possession of any vehicle. Payments under $10,000 may be made by the methods otherwise accepted by the Auction Company. ALL PAYMENTS OF $10,000 OR MORE MUST BE MADE BY BANK-TO-BANK WIRE TRANSFER, CASHIER'S CHECK, OR CERTIFIED CHECK. CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD PAYMENTS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FOR PAYMENTS OF $10,000 OR MORE. Personal or business checks will not be accepted for payments of $10,000 or more. Funds must be verified and cleared to the satisfaction of the Auction Company before a vehicle may be released.
