Closing Lots: Lots will begin closing at the published time on the date specified. Not all lots close at the same time. Any bid placed within the last 60 seconds of a lot's closing will extend that lot's bidding period. A lot will only close after 60 consecutive seconds of no bidding activity. Closing speed and intervals are determined on a case-by-case basis, typically 1 to 3 lots every 1 to 3 minutes, and are calibrated to complete all lots within approximately 2 to 3 hours. Buyer's Premium: A 15% Buyer's Premium applies to all online personal property purchases. As-Is, Where-Is: All items are sold on an As-Is, Where-Is, With All Faults basis without exception. No bids may be withdrawn during or after the auction for any reason. These terms may only be amended by written agreement signed by the Auction Company. No oral, written, or electronic representation by any party shall modify these terms. Inspection: All items are available for inspection prior to the auction closing, either in person or virtually through provided photographs and descriptions.
